Helping Your Community

There are many opportunities for becoming involved in your local community through commerce, education and philanthropy. Sharing your artwork in the downtown area gives another reason for people to visit, as it enriches the cultural scene. Art brings business and jobs into your community. There are opportunities in furthering education in the arts with demonstrations and classes (found above by clicking the "Classes/Education" tab).  LAA has taken art out into the community with projects like the mural for the local VFW Hall and art exhibits at the Lapeer County Medical Center as well as other businesses.
