CELEBRATING 50 YEARS!
2023 marks LAA's 50th year as a non-profit arts organization. We are kicking off our celebration with an Anniversary Gala and Spring Show Reception on Friday April 28th from 5-8 p.m, at Gallery 194. Food, music and art - Free and open to the public. Come join us!

The Art of your Local Community
The by-laws of the Lapeer Art Association state that the purpose of the organization, in part, is
“…to promote, encourage and advance the dissemination, appreciation and participation in the arts….”

About the Lapeer Art Association
The Lapeer Art Association is an Artist Cooperative that show work in eight exhibits annually at Gallery 194 in downtown Lapeer, Michigan.
The group has members from all walks of life, ages and nationality who come together to make art, share art, and work in the local community.
We welcome new members at all levels in their artistic journey, both professional and amateur. Essentially we are local artists helping keep the arts alive in Michigan. We Strive to excel at the fine arts and contribute to the local economy keeping the "small town" vibrant and relevant.
Visit us at Gallery 194 where you will always find a resident artist to welcome you. Public hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
